Refund policy
The stake is non-refundable. The game is.
TEMPLATE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Draft policy for Little King Studio. Confirm the window and wording (and EU/UK withdrawal-right handling) before taking real payments, then remove this notice.
Direct purchases (this website)
- Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@thatsnotforsale.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5-10 business days.
- After a refund, your license key and download page stop working.
- Outside 14 days, ask anyway if something is broken. We're reasonable people (one person, and a gnome).
EU / UK customers
Digital content you can download immediately normally loses the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. We offer the 14-day refund above regardless.
Steam purchases
Purchases made on Steam are refunded through Steam under Steam's refund policy (generally within 14 days and under 2 hours played). We can't process Steam refunds ourselves.
Chargebacks
Please email us first. It's faster for you and saves a solo dev a dispute fee.
